The gal about to sing is the restaurant owners daughter – she’s written & sings her own music & was headed to a record contract recording the day after we were there. Demetrius, the guy in charge of waiting, stand up comic, cowboy who’s worked there forever (and very proud of her growing up) filled us in with all the details. A truly “down home country” evening.
